3. Do you provide me with a report of activity on my property?

4. What size properties will Jackson Group manage?

We will manage single family homes to large apartment complexes. We are large enough to handle your property, yet small enough to still give personal service. Back to top

5. How much does property management service cost?

Jackson Group has a standard fee schedule based on units and building rent rolls. Please see our management introduction package for a breakdown. In addition to monthly management fees Jackson Group charges a commission fee for filling vacant units to cover continuous showings and the application and lease process. The commission is charged once a tenant has been secured and a lease executed. Back to top

6. How do I proceed with Jackson Group Property Management?

7. Can I choose to disallow pets, smokers, large families, etc.?

We comply fully with the Fair Housing Act. This means that you can not choose to disallow anyone that is a member of a protected class under the act. You can choose to disallow pets and not permit smoking in your home, but you cannot deny a service animal. Back to top

8. How does Jackson Group handle after hour emergencies?

There are no answering machines for Jackson Group Property Management, we have a 24-hour answering service. Should there be an emergency at one of our managed properties, anyone can call our main office phone (415) 379-9035. The answering service operator will facilitate the call and connect the call to a Jackson Group representative immediately. The Jackson Group representative will address the emergency as necessary, whether it be to dispatch a worker or arrive onsite personally. How it works:

In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
